The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has registered KenHome® for wholesale and retail supply across nine categories, from appliances and window treatments to HVAC, surveillance and building materials. It is the first federal registration of the KenHome name.
On June 9, 2026, the United States Patent and Trademark Office entered KenHome on its Principal Register under Registration No. 8,295,149, International Class 35. The registration protects the KenHome name across the United States for the supply side of our business: the products we source, deliver and install in the buildings we deliver.
It covers nine categories of wholesale and retail supply: home décor, furniture, plumbing supplies, HVAC equipment, window treatments (blinds, shades and shutters), surveillance equipment, appliances, audio-visual equipment and building materials.
Every one of them is work KenHome already does. At Celestica in Richardson, Texas, we specified, procured and installed the appliance and window-treatment package on a schedule aligned to the construction milestones.
For owners, the registration means the products in their buildings come from one accountable, federally registered source, bought under the same contract as the construction and building technology around them, with no hand-off between the builder and the supplier.
The registration records first use of the KenHome name in commerce on January 18, 2022, the day the company was founded as KenHome Automation Inc. The KenHome mark is owned by Enemo Consulting Group, Inc. and licensed to KenHome Corporation.
