Supplier qualification
Qualified before price.
Every subcontractor and supplier is prequalified through the KenHome subcontractor portal before it is invited to bid.
Qualification standards
- Insurance at or above KenHome's stated minimums, with certificates on file
- Safety program and record reviewed before award
- Financial standing and capacity for the scope
- Project references and past performance
- Licensing appropriate to the trade and jurisdiction
- Agreement to the Codes of Conduct, incorporated into every subcontractor and supplier agreement

Register
Create an account at subs.kenhome.group. It is the single registration door for subcontractors and suppliers.

Prequalify
Complete the prequalification application: company, insurance, safety, financials and references.

Review
KenHome reviews the application and confirms the trades, regions and scale the firm is qualified for.
- iv.
Invitation to bid
Qualified firms receive invitations to bid on matching scopes.
Quality inspection
Inspected at source and on receipt
Product is checked against specification before it ships and again when it reaches the site. Nonconforming material is rejected before it is installed.
Jobsite logistics
Delivered to the schedule
Deliveries are sequenced to construction milestones and staged on site, so materials arrive when the work needs them and not before.
Manufacturing
Own the product, own the lead time.
Appliances, climate equipment and smart devices, assembled and certified under our own name in Dallas, Texas. The Dallas assembly platform is in build-out.
