The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has registered KenHome® for building construction services, extending federal registration of the name from the company’s supply business to its construction business.
On November 3, 2026, the United States Patent and Trademark Office entered KenHome on its Principal Register for building construction services, under Registration No. 8,532,591, International Class 37.
It is the second federal registration of the KenHome name. The first, Registration No. 8,295,149, was issued on June 9, 2026, and covers wholesale and retail supply in International Class 35. The name is now registered on both sides of the work an owner buys from KenHome: the construction of the building and the products installed in it.
The services behind the mark are those of KenHome’s construction division: ground-up delivery, renovation, tenant improvement and integrated fit-out, priced under a guaranteed maximum price with open-book reconciliation.
Under federal law, registration on the Principal Register is prima facie evidence of a mark’s validity and of the owner’s exclusive right to use it in commerce for the registered services. The application was filed on April 11, 2026, under Serial No. 99-758,208. The certificate records first use of the name in commerce on January 18, 2022, the day the company was founded as KenHome Automation Inc.
The KenHome mark is owned by Enemo Consulting Group, Inc. and licensed to KenHome Corporation.
A registration protects a name. What that name stands for is established project by project, on the record.
