KenHome makes a developer's capital safer and more productive across the entire life of the asset — an integrated construction and building-technology partner from the decisions made before groundbreaking to the performance measured years after move-in.
Data Center Construction & Fit-Out·Smart AI-Enabled Multifamily Construction·Mixed-Use and Commercial Construction·Government and Institutional Construction Projects.
Most firms sell what they make: a general contractor sells construction, an AV integrator sells systems, a prop-tech vendor sells software. But a developer doesn't want any of those things. They want higher rents, lower operating cost, a defensible valuation, and the confidence of every lender, insurer, and investor behind the deal.
KenHome™ is organized around that one job. Construction, materials, intelligent systems, and preconstruction advisory aren't five products — they're the integrated means to a single end: an asset that performs as promised, and can be proven to. That integration is the part competitors can't copy.
From land to livable and beyond — we design, build, equip, and connect across Data Center Construction & Fit-Out, Smart AI-Enabled Multifamily, Mixed-Use and Commercial Construction, and Government and Institutional Construction Projects. Each division is a means to one end: a more valuable, provable asset.
Full-cycle construction management across data center, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and government projects — from ground-up development to renovation, tenant improvement, and integrated fit-out. Precision scheduling and quality assurance at every phase.
Supply and procurement of construction materials, structural systems, and infrastructure components for enterprise, residential, commercial, and government developments across Texas, nationwide, and internationally.
Design and installation of integrated AV systems, smart building technology, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, and connected solutions. Making every space responsive, secure, and future-ready — from multifamily communities to data center white space.
Specification, procurement, and installation of premium appliance packages and window treatment systems for residential and multifamily developments. Coordinated to construction milestones.
KenHome™ Corporation's technology division develops KenHomeOS™ — the proprietary operating layer that stays with the asset after we hand over the keys. It unifies infrastructure management, procurement, and intelligent building systems, turning building data into lower operating cost, higher performance, and reporting the capital stack can rely on. Built for our own operations; offered to institutional clients.
A developer's real fear isn't construction — it's whether a $50M asset still competes in ten years. KenHomeOS™ answers it. The same continuous data that optimizes performance also proves it to lenders, insurers, and investors.
Building-level today. Portfolio-level as you scale. Occupancy, energy, maintenance, security, and revenue — one operating layer that stays with the asset long after we hand over the keys, under a dedicated software services agreement.
We open every engagement through Gate / Grade / Govern — confirming scope, capital readiness, and sponsor fit before committing to pursuit.
A Rough Order of Magnitude estimate is issued with delivery model elected — Conventional Class A or KenHome™ Smart Asset Turnkey — and the preconstruction fee tier set.
The Preconstruction Services Agreement is executed and preconstruction begins — design coordination, Guaranteed Maximum Price development, and full alignment with lender, insurance, and investor requirements.
Vertical execution under governed subcontractor procurement, with real-time reporting, change-order discipline, and KenHomeOS systems integration where elected.
Commissioning, closeout, and warranty — and for Smart Asset projects, ongoing KenHomeOS software services under a separate licensing agreement.
Integrated infrastructure and building systems for enterprise data center operators, leading developers, institutional real estate groups, and government agencies — nationwide and internationally, delivered with the documentation and reporting discipline lenders and investors require.
Infrastructure and building systems engagements with federal and state government clients across the United States. Project details available under appropriate NDA.
Integrated build-out and fit-out engagements with enterprise and institutional data center clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth corridor, nationwide, and internationally. Project details available under appropriate NDA.
KenHome™ Corporation allocates a portion of its annual profits to advancing environmental sustainability and green energy initiatives through the KenHome™ Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
The Foundation develops high-quality residential and multifamily communities specifically for First Responders in high-cost metropolitan areas — offered at approximately 20% below prevailing market rates.
By reducing housing burden and commute time, we strengthen workforce readiness and the well-being of those who protect and serve our communities.
Purpose-built multifamily communities at below-market rates for firefighters, police, paramedics, and essential workers across the DFW metro area.
Advancing green building practices, renewable energy integration, and environmental resilience across all Foundation projects.
Solar-integrated communities, energy-efficient infrastructure, and smart energy management that reduce long-term operating costs for residents.
Building not just infrastructure — but thriving, connected communities that support those who serve.
Whether you're an enterprise data center operator, developer, institutional buyer, government agency, capital partner, or strategic ally — we welcome direct engagement. All inquiries are reviewed by senior leadership within 48 hours.
Thank you. A member of our senior leadership team will review your message and respond within 48 hours.
